- Manage and release daily sales orders to Authorized Service Center (ASC) and Dealers
- Support ASC/Dealers with discount pricing and order updates.
- Handle service campaign orders and follow up with ASC/Dealers.
- Prepare and analyze 24H PSR reports daily/monthly
- Reconcile Net off data, prepare payment requests and report.
- Book and control internal use & FOC orders.
- Set up customer access rights and price terms.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- From 1 year of experience in sales administration, ideally spare parts/service.
- Strong Excel and ERP/SAP skills.
- Detail‐oriented, analytical, and collaborative.
