Sr. Growth Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Executive to support in our growth marketing team to scale towards our revenue goals as well as delivering marketing objectives.
At Cake we are building a whole new set of categories for BASS within FinTech/ Embedded Finance sector named as Digital Banking so ballpark for experiencing hockey stick growth is expected. And acquiring the right customers and then delighting them with our solutions is highly focused.
Reporting into the Marketing/ Growth Director, you'll support the Growth Marketing Manager on the execution of their growth marketing campaigns. This will be a varied role with a particular emphasis on data analysis, rapid experimentation, and campaign execution as well as partnership exploration.
Job Responsibilities
• Demand: support on the improvement of our demand generation campaigns - working across paid ads, re-marketing, affiliates, and other touchpoints as needed. You'll help set up campaigns, vendor management, monitor paid spend and reports on the results.
• Conversion: you'll support campaign improvements, analyze pricing, and set A/B tests to optimize spend, and identify and improve any friction points.
• Retention: you'll help with driving our retention strategies, drive power user & increase MTU.
• Reporting: you'll report on requested data for the growth team and use various tools (included but not limited)- GA/ AppsFlyer/ Media Dashboard of all paid channels/ Sizmek as well as other in-house dataset and DataMart.
