JOB DESCRIPTION
Onboarding & Offboarding process (40%):
Onboarding of the new hire:
Check & collect all new hire's documents to make sure all the employee data are input accurately and on time in the system.
Coordinate with Admin/IT & Department for preparing facilities for the new hire.
Offboarding:
Provide administrative support for offboarding process
Talent Acquisition (30%):
Assist all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, and managing the remainder of the hiring process.
Input candidate's profile from Recruiter to ensure all profiles as well-stored and updated on daily basic
Track applicant flow, maintain pipelines of qualified candidates, build and maintain databases of candidates
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Perform other projects assigned by Line Manager to optimize ongoing processes (30%)
REQUIREMENTS
4th-year students or freshers in Human Resource Management or Business major
Be able to work full-time (Mon-Fri), for at least 6 months Full-time Internship
Passion for Human Resources, especially Recruitment
Demonstration of responsibility, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good sense of numbers and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
Fluent in written and spoken English is a plus
