JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Product Strategy & Leadership
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and support a small team of product managers/owners to deliver impactful results.
Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI/ML in product development, testing, and optimization.
2. Execution & Delivery
Oversee the product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, planning, development, launch, and iteration.
Partner with engineering to ensure efficient implementation and adoption of AI-powered tools where beneficial.
Manage scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between product teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Collaborate with
designers and engineers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders regarding progress, trade-offs, and decisions.
4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Explore and adopt AI-driven tools for coding, testing, analytics, and decision-making.
Track product performance, analyze data, and use insights to drive ongoing enhancements.
Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, product management, and software development.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in product management or software development, including leadership of product teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development life cycles.
Demonstrated experience applying AI/automation in product development or operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in SaaS, platform, or ecosystem-based products.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or MLOps practices.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or product management.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Figma).
