Position Overview:
This role is responsible for leading centralized tender management and data-driven coordination across hospitals nationwide. The position plays a critical role in ensuring tender compliance, protecting revenue, minimizing execution risks, and supporting business decisions through structured data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management & Governance (Core - 50%)
• Manage and monitor all tender activities nationwide (79+ hospitals), including contract validity, quota tracking, and tender timelines
• Operate and maintain daily tender tracking system; provide alerts on contract expiry, tender deadlines, and risk points
• Build and update national tender calendar and ensure no missed tender opportunities
• Coordinate tender submission documents with internal stakeholders
• Own tender risk control, including prevention of expired contracts, missed tenders, and delayed execution
2. Tender Database & Data Management (15%)
• Build and manage a centralized, multi-dimensional tender database (price, volume, supplier, contract cycle, etc.)
• Replace external tender data sources and expand coverage across therapeutic areas
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for business use
3. Sales Force Enablement (15%)
• Provide actionable insights, hospital prioritization, and tender updates to ASMs/MRs
• Support sales team in quota tracking, tender follow-up, and execution planning
• Train sales team on tender regulations, processes, and best practices
4. Business Intelligence & Insights (10%)
• Analyze tender data, competitor activity, and market dynamics
• Provide tender data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business decision-making
• Identify trends such as brand vs generic shifts and tender group dynamics
5. Cross-functional Coordination & Compliance (5%)
• Align tender requirements with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, ...
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and MOH tender guidelines
6. Support New Product Launch (5%)
• Prepare tender strategy and hospital mapping for new products
• Support pricing benchmarking and tender entry planning
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree (Pharmacy, Business, or related fields)
• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender / hospital sales / related roles
• Strong understanding of tender regulations (Circulars, Decrees) is a strong advantage
• Strong skills in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and data handling (mandatory)
• Strong analytical capability in data interpretation and tender data management
• Ability to use AI tools to automate and improve work efficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage complex workloads independently
