Plan and coordinate with store & warehouse departments to conduct cycle count every day. Prepare reports and trace inventory differences (if any)
Directly check import and export transactions to ensure similarity of transactions between management systems and between the system and reality
Check the hygiene of goods and how to display goods according to FEFO rules
Coordinate with store and warehouse management, reconcile inventory every day
Help and support departments in inventorying and searching for goods
Handle problems related to inventory within the permitted scope of authority
Make reports related to daily/weekly/monthly inventory management
Make sure stock labels are visible and readable
Remove and break down empty boxes
Follow safety policies and procedures, and encourage colleagues to do the same.
