Online responsibilities
Manage e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment and inventory control.
Oversee
digital marketing and SEO activities to improve brand awareness and manage content.
Develop and execute online business strategies and plans across various e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Offline responsibilities
Oversee store operations by planning, delegating tasks, and monitoring staff performance. Recruit, train, and develop the team.
Achieve financial and marketing objectives by collaborating with the digital marketing team, analyzing data, and proposing strategy adjustments.
Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to regulations and safeguarding employees, customers, and the store's reputation.
Manage product assortment by researching and procuring non-UBL products, and oversee promotions to drive sales.
Monitor and enhance customer service in collaboration with the Shop Manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Proven retail management experience with a track record of successful project completion and problem-solving
Customer-centric approach and strong client relationship management skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with strong negotiation, teamwork, and independent work abilities
Passion for Consumer Products
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/E-commerce and at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail, with online marketing knowledge preferred
Excellent English communication
