Store Expansion Manager - Retail Industry

Core Purpose of the Job: Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's portfolio
Areas of Responsibility:
Manage and direct daily leasing activities following leasing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company's assigned portfolio
Manage all leasing functions: new lettings, renewals, rent review, surrenders, pre-terminations, negotiations, etc...
Monitor trends for competition in the market, manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant properties
Prepare and manage annual revenue & expense budget exercises, reports
Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
Provide clear guidance, support, leadership to leasing team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlord, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc...
Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.
Complete all tasks/ assignments from direct manager
