Mô tả công việc

Receive information about products and services from Nami and then provide them to the community they are managing through social channels.
Daily answering questions from the community about Nami's products and services focusing on user experience and satisfaction.
Attract more users on community channels.
Join other communities to learn, find opportunities for relationships, cooperation between communities.
Create general and specific rules for the community you manage, then enforce the rules with members who violate.
Daily giving out Topics, hot information, trending memes, to increase the interactivity of the community.
Report problems, risks or possible risks from the community.
Responsible for community content management, community user development, community interaction on Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Twitter... according to assigned KPIs.
Work closely with partners to conduct online events: AMA, livestream.
Have skills related to creative content, youtube, tiktok, ability to multitask and be responsible for the community to be built.
Understanding of building international communities and international community relations.
Understanding of trading and trading in cex, dex, dapp exchanges.

Yêu cầu

Sensitive in handling problems.
Always listen and sympathize with users and investors.
Always respond promptly to everyone's positive and negative comments.
Active in finding more opportunities for Nami's brand to be known to more people.
Have faith in Nami's brand and convey that belief to the community.
Capable of problem solving and conflict management.
Always ready for work.
Fluent in English is a must.
Experience in Cryptocurrency is an advantage.
