Mô tả công việc
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Search and propose potential sites for new store to Management team for assessment and selection
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations of store in-charge within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Co-ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Lead store operation team of 15-20 staffs to reach targets and KPI's, ensure the compliance with company's policies and procedures
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications
- Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 2 years at the same positions
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, customer centric with a positive attitude
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and motivating team
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- English communication skills
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage
