Manage daily operations of a luxury boutique (
Designer House, Pop-up, or Gallery).
Lead & inspire a Sales Consultant team.
Deliver a flawless 5-star client experience & maintain luxury visual standards.
Drive sales growth & build relationships with VIP clients.
Support fashion showcases & cultural events
Experience: 3-5 years of store management experience in high-end sectors such as luxury fashion, jewelry, high-end cosmetics, or 5-star hospitality.
Leadership & Training: Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train and develop a team.
Professional Image: Elegant and professional appearance/demeanor (poise/style).
Customer Relations: Exceptional communication and customer care skills (or "clienteling skills").
Language: Proficient in conversational English (a second language like Japanese, Korean, or French is a plus/highly desirable).
Passion & Culture: A genuine passion for fashion, the culture of Áo Dài (Vietnamese traditional dress), and the art of luxury living.
