Mô tả công việc
* Sales:
üFinding new customers by new creative activities and event promotions to attract the customers, negotiate and selling products and service.
üCorporate Business Development activities with external communication through email, telephone, personal meeting with potential customers.
üBe responsible for business development and store sales target; maximize the sales by driving best customer service experience, and optimizing customer satisfaction
üBe responsible for managing the marketing activities as well as good communication with old and new customers to improve sales of the store.
üDoing the retail marketing activities with shopping Mall management and join the retail seasonal promotional activities.
üDigital marketing through Google Adwords, google digital ads, Facebook, Zalo, Tweeter, Linkedin social media.
* Operation:
üManaging all activities at store: interact with mall management/ landlord and other business partners, internal departments for business and operational supports: regulations/ working hours/ uniform etc...
üEnsure business as usual store operations procedure on store opening, store hygiene & cleanliness, maintenance of products on display and store closing are enforced.
üInventory planning, stock aging monitoring, sell through analysis
üInventory & Sales forecasting with management.
üEnsure the proper staff discipline in the store, house-keeping, merchandising, new product launch activities, daily sales reports, weekly sales analysis.
* Training:
üActivity inspire, train, coach and develop team members in all aspects of retail sales and customer service excellence to create ownership for customers on the sales floor
üDelivery weekly team meeting to coach and manage the team with good motivation to achieve the individual targets
* Other tasks:
üKeeping good communication with management to ensure update the business process and committed activities.
üOther tasks assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu
üHaving College Degree or above
üAt least 03year experience as a Store Manager, specializing in luxury goods with high-class customer segment,
üHaving both leadership skills and training skills.
üHaving customer satisfaction-oriented attitude, strong communication and organizationalskills
üAble to communicate in English

üSalary: 400 - 600$ + incentives on products
