Manage end-to-end relationships with strategic customers, including onboarding, service delivery, and contract renewal.
Develop account strategies to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with Operations, Solutions, and Costing teams to ensure effective service delivery and commercial alignment.
Review quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial terms to ensure profitability and compliance with company guidelines.
Monitor account performance, KPIs, and SLAs, and lead regular business reviews with customers.
Lead and develop the Key Account team to achieve business objectives.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, under 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
7-9 years of experience in Key Account Management or Commercial roles within Logistics or Supply Chain, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial position within a 3PL environment.
Proven experience managing complex logistics operations involving warehousing, distribution, or multi-site accounts.
Strong knowledge of contract management, commercial negotiation, and pricing review.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of English communication skills
