Position: Strategic Content Specialist
Department: Creative Strategy Team
Reporting to: Creative Strategy Lead
Experience Level: 3-5 years
Objective: Develop and execute strategic content that enhances PR, Digital, and Thought Leadership campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across platforms.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Strategy & Storytelling
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to create data- driven content strategies.
Develop content frameworks, brand messaging, and editorial calendars aligned with campaign goals.
Collaborate with PR, Digital, and Account teams to integrate content across earned, owned, and paid media channels.
Identify industry trends and thought leadership opportunities to position RedComms and its clients as industry leaders.
2. Content Creation & Editing
Develop compelling content including press releases, thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and social media posts.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all content formats and platforms.
Optimize content for SEO and content performance metrics to maximize reach and engagement.
Adapt content tone and format based on target audience and channel requirements.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Work with Digital & Social Listening teams to measure content effectiveness through engagement, conversion rates, and audience interaction.
Use Doctor247 insights & Social Listening tools to refine content strategy and audience targeting.
Implement A/B testing and performance-based optimizations to enhance content effectiveness.
Maintain a Content Playbook with best practices, guidelines, and learnings from past campaigns.
4. Pitching & Proposal Development
Support proposal development and client pitches by crafting persuasive content narratives and case studies.- Research and develop insight-driven storytelling techniques to improve pitch success rates.
Assist in creating high-impact presentations for both internal and client-facing proposals.
II. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Core Skills & Competencies
3-5 years of experience in Content Strategy, PR Writing, or Digital Content.
Strong ability to write and edit PR articles, thought leadership pieces, digital content, and social media posts.
Deep understanding of SEO, Social Listening, and Performance Marketing and how to integrate them into content.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into compelling content.
Proven experience working with clients in Healthcare, Wellness, or Lubricant industries is a plus.
2. Mindset & Work Approach
Creative yet strategic thinker, capable of developing content that aligns with business objectives.
Proactive and independent, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to write in diverse styles for different audiences and platforms.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with PR, Digital, Planning, and Account teams.
