Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to innovate Sports content experiences, define new business models, and identify potential intersections with emerging technologies.
Develop and manage bespoke partnerships with top sports leagues, teams, broadcasters and developers to drive content acquisition, product integrations, and new immersive sports experiences.
Build a framework for incubating new sports content experiences, assess ROI, and iterate with partners to advance a long-term vision in line with overall platform objectives.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to innovate Sports content business models and potential new business streams, and identify potential intersections with AI opportunities.
Define, discussions, and close complex distribution and application agreements with rights holders, app developers, and capture/camera/technology partners. Work as a strategic advisor with key cross-functional teams to define and scale replicable formats.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries
8 years of experience a partner or partner-facing role
Experience in immersive/spatial computing and sports content
Experience managing agreements or partnerships to recommend and lead action plans
Experience driving business opportunities across new mediums and hardware, and working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD
Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships, including excellent communication and influencing skills
Deep understanding of technology led businesses, including premium content business generation
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners
Influential, established, recognized executive relationships in global Sports industry
Passion for understanding product and technology details

The Emerging Content Experiences and XR partnerships team is hiring a Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, to drive Immersive Sports Content Experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, and developers to help define the future of sports content experiences in immersive environments. You will partner closely with teams across Platforms and Devices, including Android and Google Play, as well as other partnerships organizations across Google. You'll have strong relationships with influential industry stakeholders, be able to influence internally and externally, and bridge short-term goals with longer-term strategy with limited direction, while working cooperatively across adjacent areas of Google.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
