Mô tả công việc

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, provide the required training courses , conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue.
Support to formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends.
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Propose and follow up the marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Work with manufacturer and vendors ( if required) to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows.
Organize special promotions, displays and events.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Respond to customer complaints and comments.
Report to Manager on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
Tour the sales regularly, reporting to Managers and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues.

Yêu cầu

Proven supermarket management experience, as a F&B Operations Manager or similar role
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with F&B industry's rules and regulations, not mandatory in Bakery or Pastry manufacturing but basic knowledge would be appreciated
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
Degree in Business Administration or related field

Quyền lợi

Salary: To be discussed in the interview to the ability of the candidate.
Allowance: Meal allowance, Travel Allowance, Telephone Allowance .
Working day: 26 days worked, 1day off during the week.
Annual Leave: 12 days paid leaves per year / Phép năm.
Insurance: Social insurance provided by the company.
