1. Supplier Management:
Oversee the entire supplier management process, from onboarding to ongoing collaboration.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our company's suppliers and customers.
Conduct regular audits of supplier activities to verify compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and rectify non-compliance issues promptly.
Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual agreements and meet quality and performance expectations.
2. Contract Management:
Translate all company contracts from Vietnamese to English, ensuring accuracy in content and legal validity.
Conduct negotiations of supplier/customer contracts, issue contracts, and take responsibility for legal and contractual compliance.
Regularly assess and monitor supplier contracts.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed efficiently.
3. Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with our company's suppliers and customers.
Facilitate open communication channels between the company and suppliers to address compliance concerns.
Provide support in dispute resolution and negotiations when necessary.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier contracts and compliance documentation.
Generate regular reports on supplier performance and compliance status.
Present findings, recommendations, and compliance updates to senior management.
