ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and courier labels for eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and intercompany demands.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier logistics for the timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Support and ensure ERP system transaction discipline and compliance with company procedures.
• Drive and support various other projects, duties, and activities as assigned by the manager.
• Delegate tasks according to order urgency to ensure they will be completed by the end of the day.
• Housekeeping, Inventory Management, and Daily monitoring for Export & Import Shipment Status.
• Monitoring incoming shipments and notifying the Warehouse to receive goods and update inventory in the system
• This position is a 5.5-day work week, and preferably candidates who can perform paperwork and administrative tasks
• 3 Jobs Openings - 1) Singapore Market Order Processing, 2) Singapore Café/ Aftersales Reverse Logistics, 3) Overseas Market Order Processing, which expands to: (Brunei / Malaysia / Thailand / Philippines)
• Exact Position for the Country Market assigned will be based on your skill set and knowledge

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in logistics or any other supply chain-related field.
• A degree or diploma certificate in Supply Chain/ Engineering is preferred for fresh graduates.
• Professional certifications in the supply chain will be an added advantage.
• Priority will be given to immediate starters.

• Strong detail tracking and documentation skills.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional writing, communication/presentation, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Advanced Computer competency, including Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot-Table), Mail Merge
• Written and Verbal Communication in English is required for this role

WORKING HOURS:
+ Mon-Fri: 6:30 am-3:30 pm in the office; Sat: 7 am-11 am work from home (x2)
+ Mon-Fri: 9:00 am-6:00 pm in the office; Sat: 7 am-11 am work from home (x1)
