Supply Chain Executive

1.Logistics (Main function 80-90%)
Coordinating the outbound & inbound operations including checking landed cost, getting the forwarder's booking, tracing the shipping schedule, checking the shipping documents, working with the broker to get the cargo's clearance & solve problems in the shipping & clearance process
Tracking import-export shipments weekly
Settling payment for forwarders, logistics brokers...
Managing the original documents to provide needed shipping docs to Customs and sales team
Managing forwarder list including freight bidding quarterly
Updating & reporting the price variance to ensure the actual cost makes sense with a standard
Prepare Customs's report yearly
Advise Viet Nam regulation if the company has the inbound & outbound demand
Explore the landed cost module in ERP system
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
2.Procurement and/or planning function (Rotate and/or support if needed: 10-20%)
Manage local and overseas suppliers to assure best price, quality and service along with best other commercial terms as payment term, warranty
Operate procurement task including PO, contract, LC, payment, etc
Demand & Supply planning to meet sales demands including projects and retail
