Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supply Chain Manager (English & Japanese, Manufacturing, $1600, ID 17224)
Assist the SCM Director with daily operations and strategic planning initiatives.
Monitor customer demands and requests, and proactively share relevant information and ideas with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production and QC, to achieve mutually profitable business outcomes, emphasizing the importance of teamwork.
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to contribute effectively to decision-making.
Maintain a strong sense of cost/profit awareness and stay informed about market trends and supply/demand dynamics, particularly within the coffee industry.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by motivating colleagues to find innovative solutions and sharing ideas within the team before broader dissemination.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, including active listening, summarization, logical speaking, and clarifying issues.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of compliance.
Requirement
Male/Female, Age: under 45 years old
Desired university degree in related fields
At least 3-5 years experience as a Supply Chain Manager at a manufacturing plant
Good at English and Japanese
