Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including all activities of planning, warehousing, customer services and logistics.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders of front and back office teams to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all activities comply with company regulations
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of potential supply chain disruptions and opportunities.
- Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
