Supply Chain Planner Intern

I. SCOPE OF THE JOB/. PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC
- Oversee production planning through transversal coordination of Hutchinson Vietnam departments.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES/ QUYỀN HẠN VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM

Have duty to:
Oversee production planning activities:
• Build production planning meeting customer service requirements, procurement of raw material availability, and manufacturing capacities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service/Logistics team to plan and ensure the availability of goods.
• Collaborate with Procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and no disruption of manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Production team to ensure daily and weekly, production status as per the plan. Record and analyze deviations to the production planning.
• Collaborate with Warehouse team to follow-up daily/weekly/monthly inventory level of finished goods compared to the target to ensure customer service requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Technical, and Project departments to anticipate any impact on the production schedule and follow changes.

• Finished good stock-level accuracy
• Production disruption
SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT/ AN TOÀN VÀ MÔI TRƯỜNG
• All meetings are starting with safety
• Ensure people know the 12 golden rules and respect them
• Ensure people have the obligation to STOP working if facing a dangerous situation for themselves or other
• Ensure people are respecting PPE and safety cards on all machines or situations to avoid accidents and dangerous situations
• Raise the awareness of any person in the plant regarding safety as the daily manager's duty
• Stimulate staff and collect dangerous situation cards for at least 3/people/year
• Prevent any environmental incident to happen, reduce the environmental impact of our activities
