Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Specialist (Chemicals, $690, ID19770)
Manage and execute daily logistics and
purchasing activities in alignment with the company's operational requirements.
Arrange and monitor both domestic and international shipments, including sea freight, land transportation, and air freight.
Coordinate with logistics partners and relevant stakeholders to handle customs declaration procedures and cargo clearance processes.
Track shipment schedules and delivery timelines to ensure on-time delivery and minimize potential delays.
Assist in inventory monitoring and warehouse coordination to maintain accurate stock records.
Support procurement activities for raw materials and operational supplies.
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, pricing terms, and order status updates.
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure goods are received on time in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and strong cross-functional coordination.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
Possess 2-5 years of experience in both Logistics and Purchasing within a chemical manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of import-export procedures and international transportation operations.
Hands-on experience in customs declaration and cargo clearance procedures.
Proficient in handling international commercial documentation and related operational processes.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
