Supply Chain Specialist (Focus Supplier Operations Performance)

POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for supplier delivery performance, factory capacity assessment, fulfillment execution and supply chain risk management to ensure products are produced and delivered on time.
Track suppliers' production from end to end for responsible departments
Review suppliers' performance in real time, evaluate potential risks, and drive suppliers' on-time
delivery
Identify and mitigate risks to deliver programs and product on-time for business continuity.
Support the supply chain improvement in resilience and efficiency.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Be responsible for KPIs for small to medium size departments/categories.
Handle daily operations and projects following defined processes with supervision.
Cooperate with THD functional groups and US counterparts to enhance supplier delivery performance.
Support supply chain improvements and functional initiatives.
Conduct factory visits and capacity assessments with supervision to identify and address potential
delivery risks for timely program and product delivery.
Execute or support departmental key projects and initiatives.
Generate and maintain basic regular functional reports such as delivery metrics, open PO reports,
demand vs. capacity, and WOS.
