Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain specialist to own and manage the end-to-end process of customers within the assigned scope of our SCM Product, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with clients. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a vital part in our success:
- Managing end-to-end shipment process
- Owning customers' concerns and facilitating timely and effective resolution by engaging with relevant internal / external stakeholders to achieve best results for our company and client.
- Being the primary contact point for customer / vendors throughout the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, also focusing on process efficiency and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
• Manages end-to-end shipment process in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with the customer.
• Collect required shipping documents from
shippers / suppliers. Check and update to system, then dispatch to Operations team or Consignee overseas.
• Owning customers' concerns and facilitating timely and effective resolution by engaging with relevant internal / external stakeholders to achieve best results for our company and client.
• You will be the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, working closely with the customer as well as internal and external stakeholders, maintaining focus on voice of customer, process efficiency and business growth.
• Actively build strong relationships with internal / external parties, and gain an understanding of clients' business, service needs, drivers, and desires.
• Closely monitor the end-to-end supply chain to catch potential delays or issues early; implement preventive plans to avoid fixing problems at the last minute.
• Looking for improvements in ways of working and driving for service delivery excellence and increasing business efficiency.
• Leverage supply chain data and KPI dashboards to analyze performance trends, forecast operational risks, and provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
• Proactively follow up and keep customers informed of any issues or changes to their shipment.
• Own the operational planning and milestone tracking (from booking to final delivery) to ensure high milestone compliance and data accuracy within the system.
• Regularly review and update SOP/IOPs.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Control Tower operations, or End-to-End Logistics planning.
• Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) / end-to-end products is a big plus
• A bachelor's Degree, majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, is preferable
• Language proficiency: Native Vietnamese, Professional English level
• Customer-centricity mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills
• Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated/Self-driven and good coordination skills
• Strong analytical and forward-thinking mindset; ability to interpret complex logistics data, generate risk forecasts, and structuralize corrective actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulaic modeling) and experience with KPI dashboards / exception-flagging systems is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end processes independently with a strong sense of ownership and structuralized workflow management.
