* Work location:
- Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen (transportation allowance provided from Ha Noi and Bac Ninh).
* Job Description
• Manage, oversee, and optimize all warehouse operations based on Work Instructions (SOP/WI) to fully comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Act as the primary contact point for coordination and decision-making regarding warehouse complaints or operational issues. Conduct root-cause analysis to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure maximum workforce productivity while minimizing waste and operational cost leakage.
• Take full accountability for driving the team to meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including OTIF, inventory accuracy, and order processing speed.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all warehouse operational reports to senior management and clients in accordance with SLA requirements.
* Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
Yêu cầu
• Age: < 45
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position; experience in 3PL warehouse operations is preferred to understand the nature of logistics and supply chain businesses.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and ERP.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
• Good English communication skills with the ability to work and report directly to international clients.
• Nationality: Vietnamese only.
• Interview in both English and Vietnamese
* Benefits
• Transportation allowance:
- Hung Yen: VND 1mil -1,5mil / month (in addition to salary).
- Hanoi & other provinces: VND 2mil - 3mil /month (in addition to salary).
• Total salary: VND 45 - 48 mil/month, depending on capability and overtime.
• 100% salary during the probation period.
• Full statutory insurance.
• 13th-month salary, public holiday and Tet bonuses, and other incentives.
• Annual company trip.
• Full personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
