Supply Director

* JOB SUMMARY:

Supply Director is responsible for Sourcing, Purchasing & Development activities, from building strategy to detailed operation in order to optimize production cost/ quality of Hanoia Fashion products. He/she will also take care of Logistics activities for the Company.

* JOB DESCRIPTION

Hanoia Fashion product line includes: jewelry (lacquer & silver/gold), accessories (bag, glasses, sneakers...) and ready-to-wear products

1. Build Sourcing & Purchasing strategy for Hanoia Fashion products

• Set strategies related to vendor assessments and purchasing terms/conditions to ensure products are delivered on time at the best quality and value.

• Build sourcing & purchasing strategic plan, monitor and evaluate the implementation of overall annual plan

• Setting policies and methodologies for sourcing new products, and determining when products should be sourced to a single vendor or to multiple vendors to provide for a stable and consistent supply.

• Collaborate with internal business partners to understand demands, and analyzes financial information related to total cost of ownership to identify opportunities for cost reductions.

• Manage and be responsible for all Sourcing & Purchasing activities for Hanoia Fashion products.

• Work closely with Collection manager and Art director to thoroughly understand the plan and fashion collection theme of the year, thereby making plan for sourcing and purchasing in a reasonable and effective way, while ensuring the consistency with the CEO's business objectives in order to identify opportunities for cost reductions.

• Be responsible for relationship management with vendors, include contracting management, analyzing vendor services and cost structures to develop short- and long-range plans to improve sourcing costs and vendor performance

• Participate in the coordination of technical changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.



2. Be in charge of Hanoia Fashion product development

a) Sourcing & purchasing:

• Assign and monitor purchasing activities for Fashion products including: searching, selecting and evaluating suppliers to optimize the cost

• Assign and monitor sourcing activities such as researching new materials, techniques and know-how for Fashion products in order to develop design and find design inspiration as required by Art Director

b) Development:

• Be responsible for developing Fashion product sample in collaboration with Art Director

c) QC

• Coordinate with QA team in building quality standards for Fashion products

• Follow output Fashion products which are secure by sourcing & purchasing team with suppliers.

3. Take care of Logistics activities

• Set up Logistics system and process

• Supervise import/export activities

• Monitor product shipment/ transportation: select and evaluate suppliers; optimize internal & external resources

• Collaborate with other teams to install furniture products at client home.

4. Be responsible for recruiting, evaluating and motivating team members

• Collaborate with HR team to create JDs for team members

• Participate into the recruitment/ onboarding process

• Create assessment processes on team members' performance

5. Other tasks as assigned by COO
