Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including guest service, food and beverage preparation, and ambiance
Manage and supervise a team of lounge staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Create and implement creative and innovative menus that align with the lounge's concept and target market
Control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests to the lounge
Ensure that the lounge is always clean, presentable, and well-maintained
Represent the lounge at industry events and functions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Conduct regular tastings and menu reviews
Develop and implement new recipes and beverage offerings
Oversee the ordering and purchasing of food and beverage supplies
Manage the lounge inventory
Ensure that all lounge equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Comply with all health and safety regulations

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
2+ years of experience in a high-end lounge or bar setting
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of lounge staff
Strong culinary and beverage skills
Ability to create and execute innovative menus and beverage programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English is a plus
