Mô tả công việc
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant:
Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure that all staff members adhere to food safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Maintain food quality and standards:
Oversee food preparation and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
Monitor food storage and handling practices to prevent foodborne illnesses
Conduct regular food tastings and menu reviews
2. Provide exceptional customer service:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Handle customer interactions with a positive and friendly demeanor
Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and create a memorable dining experience
3. Manage restaurant finances:
Track food and beverage costs to minimize expenses and maximize profitability
Prepare daily sales reports and analyze revenue trends
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations:
Stay up-to-date on all applicable health and safety regulations
Conduct regular sanitation checks and maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant environment
Train staff on proper food handling and safety procedures
5. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment:
Foster a team-oriented and collaborative atmosphere among staff members
Motivate and encourage staff to perform their best
Address workplace conflicts and resolve issues promptly and fairly

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
2. Experience:
3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of restaurant staff
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
3. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English is a plus
