Clean and maintain guest rooms: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, replenishing toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and damage: Inspect rooms upon departure to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards and identify any maintenance issues.
Replenish guest room supplies: Replenish guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea, as needed.
Maintain common areas: Keep common areas, such as hallways, stairwells, and elevators, clean and tidy.
Report maintenance issues: Promptly report any maintenance issues in guest rooms or common areas to the appropriate department.
Handle guest requests: Assist guests with their requests, such as providing additional towels, directions, or information about hotel amenities.
Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, using personal protective equipment, and reporting any safety hazards.
Uphold hotel standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service, reflecting the hotel's brand reputation.

Yêu cầu công việc

High school diploma or equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
Previous housekeeping experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working in a housekeeping or hospitality setting.
Attention to detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness.
Strong work ethic: Exhibit a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Physical stamina: Possess the physical stamina to perform standing, bending, lifting, and carrying tasks for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to follow instructions: Follow instructions and procedures carefully to ensure adherence to safety protocols and hotel standards.
