Mô tả công việc

1 Trading System Management
• cTrader configuration & operation (server management, spread & leverage adjustments)
• FIX API / Bridge configuration & management (LP connections, data feed adjustments)
• Server & network management (VPS, VPN, security enhancement)
• System troubleshooting (monitoring, log analysis, issue resolution)
2 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Administration
• Client management & KYC/AML compliance (ID verification, deposit/withdrawal workflow optimization)
• IB / Affiliate management (rebate calculations, automation settings)
• Data analysis & reporting (trading data analysis, KPI monitoring, improvement proposals)
3 Internal IT Infrastructure Management
• Cloud & internal network management (AWS, Azure, VPN)
• IT support (PC setup, account management)

Yêu cầu

Mandatory Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in IT system administration or network engineering
• Experience in CRM system management & configuration
• Proficiency in SQL database management (query creation, data management)
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system failures
• English communication skills (business level)
• Experience managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise server environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in FX brokerage system operations
• Knowledge of FIX API / Bridge setup
• Familiarity with WordPress, Laravel, and other web systems
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data analysis
• Knowledge of KYC / AML compliance
• Experience in Linux / Windows server management
• Experience managing trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, or other FX/stock trading systems (server setup, group management, database administration)
