System DevOps Engineer

• Participate and facilitate the go-live support of new installations and major upgrades.
• Work with developers' team to develop hosting infrastructure & service for company software.
• Deploy updates for production, testing & development.
• Promptly resolve any hosting/deployment related issues in production services.
• Identify and document product bugs and escalate to development team for resolution
• Manage and track all issues through resolution.
• Execute installations, upgrades, and configurations according to work instructions and standards of applications, tools, and interfaces.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Deliver accurate project documentation and participation in project management as required.
• Support on setting up working environment for newcomers.
• Occasionally be on-call for highly critical system issues and for strategic accounts.

Technical attributes:

• From 1+ years of experience in similar position
• Have experience working with Git & TFS
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or AWS
• Bachelor's Degree in information system/Information Technology/Computer Science or similar program.
• Intermediate English level:
• Knowledge in Windows Server troubleshooting
• Understand (basic) knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge in Network Fundamental / Server Fundamental

Additional attributes (preferred not required):

• Experience in Win forms
• Working knowledge or experience in ERP type systems
• Experience with workflow-based systems
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
• Programming or scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Have experience in configuring software is a plus

1 WORKING HOURS

• Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
• Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
