*What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on high-volume recruitment for Direct Labor/Front-line roles while supporting various TA initiatives and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless hiring process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
A. Recruitment
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mass/direct labor positions (Technicians, Workers, etc.), and other indirect positions.
• Implement diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, community outreach, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate trade tests or assessments.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet urgent and long-term manpower needs.
B. Talent Acquisition & Branding
• Assist in developing and refining job descriptions and person specifications.
• Enhance Employer Branding by participating in job fairs, campus recruitment, and online presence.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
C. Administrative & Operational Support
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Manage the offer process, including background checks and document collection.
• Support the Onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and analytics.
• Handle TA-related administrative tasks such as processing invoices for job sites or agencies.
• Other duties assigned by direct manager.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (mass hiring or direct labor sourcing is a plus)
• Skills:
o Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and local job portals.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Familiarity with AI tools, ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attitude: Proactive, resilient, and capable of working under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
