POSITION: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The TA Assistant Manager supports the effective delivery of talent acquisition activities by assisting the TA Manager in headcount fulfillment, recruitment channel optimization, TA service excellence, employer branding initiatives, and ATS administration. This role works closely with TA team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment execution, consistent hiring practices, and continuous improvement of TA service quality.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Assist headcount fulfillment & recruitment channel effectiveness
- Support the TA Manager in tracking and ensuring the fulfillment of hiring demands for all positions, working closely with TA-in-charge by region to identify and implement solutions when needed.
- Implement and support the standardization of job descriptions and recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of online and offline recruitment channels; strengthen high-performing sources, reduce ineffective ones, and propose new sourcing channels to the TA Manager.
- Support the TA Manager in identifying and engaging new recruitment vendors to supplement internal TA sourcing capacity
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to review and optimize recruitment content and messaging in order to improve candidate reach, engagement, and conversion across all recruitment channels.
2: Assist TA service excellence & team capability development
- Participate in interview sessions together with TA members when necessary to gain insights and provide constructive input to support hiring decision-making.
- Develop and implement standardized interview questionnaires for store-level positions to ensure consistency and minimize interview bias.
- Support the TA Manager in sharing and delivering both technical and soft skills training to enhance TA members' capabilities and day-to-day effectiveness.
- Proactively propose initiatives and improvement ideas to the TA Manager to strengthen overall team capability and improve TA service quality.
3. Implement employer branding initiatives & Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Project
- Involve with the TA Manager to coordinate the end-to-end Employer Value Proposition (EVP) project, from discovery and localization to deployment, working closely with the JB Regional team and external vendors to ensure effective execution aligned with the Vietnamese market and business strategy.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding and sourcing teams to activate EVP externally through employer branding initiatives and monitor long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
- Support the planning and execution of employer branding (EB) initiatives to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively propose innovative and relevant employer branding ideas and activities tailored to target talent segments to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
4. ATS , Reporting & TA Operational Support
- Support the implementation and administration of the ATS to effectively manage candidate data and optimize recruitment processes.
- Generate recruitment reports from the ATS to track hiring performance by channel, source, and TA team performance.
- Support the preparation of additional recruitment reports and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint (outside of the ATS) as requested by the TA Manager.
- Support main TA in-charge in covering recruitment responsibilities during manpower gaps, including hiring for head office, factory back office, employer branding, or other assigned areas.
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the TA Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in sourcing, recruitment analytics, and high-volume hiring is preferred.
- Training/License/Certification
- Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Management, Employer Branding, or related fields are an advantage.
