Act as a strategic partner to business and tech teams in identifying hiring needs, defining ideal candidate profiles, and building effective talent acquisition strategies.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from gathering requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to final offer negotiation.
Hunt and engage top talent, especially for technical roles, ensuring strong alignment with both job requirements and team culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the overall candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency.
Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement of internal recruitment processes.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance.
3-5 years of recruitment experience, with solid exposure to Tech hiring (
Developer, Product, Data, etc.).
Preferably with experience in product-based or fast-scaling tech companies.
Good understanding of the TABP model and a strong desire to grow as a Talent Partner who collaborates closely with business teams.
Proven ability in talent hunting and delivering quality hires that truly fit business needs.
Strong ownership mindset, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
