IECS is looking for a People & Culture Executive who will play a key role in building the team and improving employee experience, with a strong focus on hiring the right people and supporting long-term team development.
Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with the company's growth needs
Source, screen, and connect with candidates through appropriate channels (job platforms, social media, referrals, etc.)
Participate in interviews and assess candidates based on both job fit and cultural alignment
Track and improve recruitment effectiveness, with a focus on candidate quality and retention after onboarding
Employee Experience:
Design and implement onboarding processes for new hires
Monitor and evaluate employee experience during the first 30-60-90 days
Work closely with internal teams to support new hires in adapting and performing effectively
Culture & Engagement:
Organize internal activities to strengthen team connection
Collect feedback and propose improvements to the working environment
Contribute to building a transparent, responsible, and respectful workplace culture
Operations & Administration:
Manage employee records and HR-related documentation
Support office operations and internal processes
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
Notes:
This role focuses on hiring the right people and supporting their development, not just filling positions
Suitable for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and want to create real impact within an organization

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or College diploma (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields)
Age: 21 - 30
Experience:
1 year to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles is preferred
Experience in social media-based recruitment is a plus

A quality-driven mindset in hiring, focusing on long-term fit rather than short-term results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented
Ability to think critically and improve existing processes
