Determine recruitment needs based on the actual situation of the company or by learning about new industry trends;
Make recruitment plans, propose recruitment plans suitable to the needs and actual situation of the Company;
Receive and process recruitment requests from management levels;
Search, screen and pre-qualify Idol candidates according to company requirements, ensuring completion time and work quality;
Conduct Idol interviews, find candidates that match the company's criteria;
Follow work progress, report results, existing problems in recruitment and propose solutions to achieve recruitment goals;
Support professional training and evaluation of new employees during the probationary period to ensure the goals of the job;
Help new employees integrate into the Company's cultural environment;
Provide information to new employees about rights, policies, regulations, and obligations;
Resolve/answer questions related to the above information of new employees;
Recruitment statistics and reports for Management;
Other recruitment-related tasks as requested by the Manager.
