Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies, including content creation for social media, career pages, and recruitment materials.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding, especially in the IT sector.
Assist in maintaining recruitment metrics, managing candidate databases, and updating internal HR systems.
Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on talent needs and company culture messaging.
Support in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and updates.
Yêu cầu
3-6 months of relevant internship or work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic HR tools (LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
