Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead

Plan and control the budget for recruitment.
Propose and develop new recruitment sources and tools to optimize the recruitment process and attract high-quality candidates.
Develop and implement employer branding plans aligned with each recruitment phase and the company's hiring objectives.
Analyze manpower needs, propose headcount planning, and a recruitment roadmap aligned with operational goals and business strategy.
Screen, interview, and approve recruitment results in line with standards, budget, and timeline within assigned scope.
Develop, manage, and efficiently utilize the recruitment database system.
Coordinate to strengthen relationships and cooperation with recruitment partners (Universities, Associations/HR clubs...)
Serve as the bridge between HR and business units to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Leverage people data to recommend improvements in workforce and organizational effectiveness.
Participate in developing and adjusting department-related regulatory documents: regulations, rules, procedures, and guidelines, and communicate for implementation by departments.
