• Develop and execute recruitment plans based on business expansion needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Back Office, Retail Store, management-level, and international positions.
• Directly handle key, urgent, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead, coach, and manage the recruitment team to ensure hiring progress and recruitment quality.
• Track recruitment performance, hiring funnel, and candidate conversion rate.
• Manage recruitment channels, job boards, social media, referral sources, and external vendors when needed.
• Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Work with Marketing/Design teams to create attractive recruitment content and ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and propose improvements to hiring processes, channels, and candidate experience.
Yêu cầu
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team lead or recruitment management role.
• Experience in fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, service, or fast-growing business environments is preferred.
• Strong experience in recruiting for Back Office, Retail, Commercial, Operations, and management-level positions.
• Experience in international hiring or regional recruitment is a plus.
• Good understanding of recruitment channels, sourcing methods, recruitment funnel, and candidate engagement.
• Experience in Employer Branding, recruitment marketing, or social media recruitment is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track recruitment performance and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Proactive, fast-paced, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
