JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop business strategies and sales plans for digital media and integrated marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proposals and campaigns meet client objectives.
Supervise proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry insights to guide business decisions.
Provide training, coaching, and motivation for the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or
business development within the advertising /
digital marketing industry.
Strong knowledge of digital media, Ad Network, Social Booking, IMC campaigns.
High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
