Employer Branding
Manage recruitment marketing content: career pManage recruitment marketing content across career pages, social media, job fairs, and employer branding campaigns.
Plan and execute employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment events.
Develop engaging employer branding materials, including graphics, videos, and other digital content.
Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured selection methods.
Coordinate and support the Management Trainee Recruitment Program.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding activities.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience in Employer Branding, including content creation, graphic design, video editing, and managing recruitment channels.
Good command of English.
Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is preferred.
