Support the recruitment process for both office staff and mass hiring of factory workers.
Assist in preparing paperwork and candidate documentation (contracts, forms, profiles, etc.).
Help manage and update the candidate database.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Support the design of recruitment materials (posters, job ads, social media visuals).
Participate in career fairs, university job events, and recruitment campaigns.
Post job advertisements across multiple channels and track application responses.
Communicate with candidates to provide updates and schedule meetings.
Assist with recruitment reports and basic data entry in Excel.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager.
Yêu cầu
Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic communication skills in English; Chinese language is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
