As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and ensuring positions are filled within the agreed timeline.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
Create and manage job advertisements to maximize candidate reach and attract high-quality talent.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for business needs.
Monitor recruitment market trends and talent insights to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain positive employer branding.
Analyze recruitment data and exit interview feedback to identify trends and recommend talent acquisition improvements.
