Responsibilities
Create employer branding content, including posters, social media posts, recruitment campaigns, and candidate communication materials.
Develop employee stories and career content to attract diverse talent segments.
Support social media recruitment campaigns and content scheduling across multiple channels.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement insights.
Build and maintain talent communities through Facebook groups, job boards, university networks, and other sourcing channels.
Support candidate engagement campaigns, talent pipeline building, and recruitment marketing reporting.
Assist in strengthening partnerships with universities, career centers, student clubs, and other campus stakeholders.
Support recruitment events, career talks, job fairs, and student engagement activities.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, PR, or a related field.
Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools.
Understanding of social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment channels.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
