Mô tả công việc

Coordinate with different managers to understand and identify candidate selection criteria.
Proactively search and create pipeline for potential candidates through various channels.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture to strengthen the employer branding of the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good command of English (especially in speaking and writing skills)
Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Excellence in communication skills.
Teamwork and collaboration ability.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferable.
A keen attention to detail and analytical skill.
