Mô tả công việc
* Each Talent Acquisition Intern is expected to carry out the following tasks (Training will be provided for those without experience).
* Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Receive recruitment requests from Hiring Managers of different departments, clarify the profile and insights of candidates to build a candidate persona.
- Research the market, create talent mapping, and candidate journeys.
- Develop competency and interview packages with the HR Leader.
- Post job ads on free/paid channels. Source candidates from various platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, participate in interviews, and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and salary deals with candidates.
- Report and evaluate the recruitment progress of assigned positions with the HR Leader on a weekly basis (or as required).
* Employer Branding (20%)
- Plan the development of WeGrow Careers on multimedia channels (Fanpage, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Design and create content for employer branding related to open positions (WEJobs), People (WELearn), Culture & Startup Stories (WECrew), etc.

Yêu cầu
- Third or fourth-year students or recent graduates from top universities such as FTU, NEU, DAV, RMIT, BUV, VinUni, etc., with good academic results and a long-term orientation towards HR.
- Preference for candidates active in extracurricular activities in clubs or student organizations.
- Preference for candidates with foundational knowledge in HR, Sales, or Marketing.
- Good communication skills, flexibility, and quick response are a plus.
- Ability to edit, design, or write content is a plus.
- Intelligent, hardworking, and kind.
- High coachability - a key factor determining your future after the internship.
- Preference for candidates active in extracurricular activities in clubs or student organizations.
- Preference for candidates with foundational knowledge in HR, Sales, or Marketing.
- Good communication skills, flexibility, and quick response are a plus.
- Ability to edit, design, or write content is a plus.
- Intelligent, hardworking, and kind.
- High coachability - a key factor determining your future after the internship.
