Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for both tech and non tech positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain candidate databases, update job postings, and support documentation processes.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career events, and internal HR communications.
• HR Operations Support: Assist in other HR-related activities as needed.

Key Qualifications & Experience
• Undergraduate or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Have a strong interest in recruitment and HR.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or HR tools.
• Are proactive, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or employer branding is a plus but not required.
