Attract the best passive and active talent in the market via diverse sourcing techniques.
Deliver an exceptional candidate journey for all candidates (both successful and unsuccessful).
Pro-actively promote the company's work environment and career opportunities on social networks, job boards, the corporate website, and other channels.
Partner with Hiring managers to develop highly effective hiring plans.
Offer solutions for improvement, identifying process bottlenecks and keeping abreast with all organizational changes and
business developments of a high-growth team.
Employer Branding & HR Improvements (20%)
Contribute to employer branding efforts by showcasing the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels.
Provide recommendations to other management on human resource issues.
Initiate and constantly improve quality of people and organizational development plans to make sure the company's visions and goals are in line with that of its staffing capabilities and development programs
Great knowledge in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in IT recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Vietnamese), with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Good understanding/experience with Boolean search or other sourcing techniques.
Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient in HR Tools and talent management systems
