Mô tả công việc
Assist with day-to-day operations of the recruitment functions and duties for IT positions (embedded, fullstack, automation, devops, technical support, etc.)
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues and regulations
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Yêu cầu
Having from 3 years of experience in recruitment, at least 1 year as a Leader position
Proficient in English
Familiar with using office tools.
Able to adapt to independent work.
Rigorous and careful on work.
Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
High responsibility and teamwork spirit
